H1 series axial piston pumps are rocker type swash plate design, mainly used in closed system. The pump output flow rate is proportional to the pump input speed and displacement. Pump displacement can be infinitely adjusted between zero and large displacement. The direction of the pump outlet fluid changes as the swashplate swings past the neutral position (zero displacement).

H1 Series variable displacement pumps can be combined with any of Sauer's existing motors to form a hydraulic drive system for fluid transmission and control. The H1 is a compact, high power density hydraulic unit. The H1 pumps are compact, high power density hydraulic components with an integrated electro-hydraulic servo module to control flow (speed) and direction of output, and are especially compatible with PLUS+1 controllers for plug-and-play operation.
