Pto wood chipper is also called wood chipper, which belongs to a series of wood processing equipment. It is widely used in the material preparation section in the production process of textile, papermaking, pulping, wood-based board and other industries. The main cutting raw materials of this machine are stripped small-diameter wood, bamboo, slab and surplus material of felling secondary fuelwood, etc. But for too thick (above 350mm), too thin (below 30mm), too short (below 250mm), too thin (below 5mm), and irregular raw materials (undecomposed stumps, branches, etc.) are insufficiently capable of uniform cutting, or just cut raw materials It is cut on the original basis and has the function of layered cutting for insufficient slices of bamboo with a wall thickness of less than 5mm.
According to the mechanical structure, Pto wood chipper can be divided into: 1. A disc chipper with a cutting knife mounted on a disc. Among them, according to the installation angle of the cutter head relative to the horizontal plane, it is divided into a straight cutting disc type chipper installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane and an inclined cutter disc type chipper installed at an angle to the horizontal plane. 2. Drum-type chipper with the cutter mounted on the hollow drum. Its structure is the same as that of the drum chipper used for wood. 3. The blade roll type chipper with the cutter mounted on the solid knife roll.
Sawdust machine can crush wood: sticks and roots. There are many kinds of sawdust machines. For different processing purposes, charcoal can be cut into 5-20mm block wood. It can be roughly divided into three types, furniture scraps. Usually Pto wood chipper will be equipped with a wood flour machine: coarse crushing, medium crushing. The difference lies in the different sizes of the finished products, which are then further processed into finished products and finely divided. The chipper belongs to medium crushing, and the wood chipper belongs to fine crushing, which finely crushes the chopped block wood.
